Your Impact Delivering operational excellence by taking ownership of all Back of House operations, ensuring consistent food quality, speed of service, and efficient kitchen execution. Building high-performing teams by identifying, training, coaching, and developing future leaders within the kitchen. Leading and managing the kitchen team through hands-on leadership, clear communication, and accountability to high operational standards. Increasing profitability by effectively managing food and labor costs, maintaining inventory, reducing waste, and improving kitchen productivity. Collaborating with the Operations Director and Front of House Director to ensure smooth restaurant operations and deliver a remarkable guest experience. Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized kitchen environment that prioritizes food safety, team member safety, and Chick-fil-A's quality standards.
